100% edible, highly concentrated, professional quality paste food colourings. 

 

Fat free, Gluten free, Nut free, GM free, Suitable for Kosher Diet and vegetarians. They contain a small amount of alcohol in the form of Propelyne Glycol. 

 

Use these pastes to colour fondant, flower paste, buttercream, cake mixes (and many other icings) without changing the consistency of the paste or icing. 

 

These colours are extremely concentrated, a little goes a long way. For best results allow the coloured icing to develop overnight before use. 

 

Use a clean cocktail stick or palette knife to dip into the pot. Do not get icing into the pot as this will reduce the shelf life of the colouring. The best before date is guaranteed to be at least a year (in most cases longer). As this is a best before date and not a use by date you can continue to use the product long after the specified date on the product. 

 

You can also mix this product with Rose Spirit (Cake Decorators alcohol) to turn it into a paint.
